  1. These are taaaasty! Over the weekend I made recipe #404781 so used that for the meat. I used provolone cheese (it was what I had on hand) and added a smear of recipe #357420 for some heat. The package of hawaiian rolls I bought was only 12 rolls, not 16; I made 6 tonight and will do the other 6 later in the week. I melted 1 1/2 Tbsp butter and added 1 Tbsp Worcestershire and thought those amounts were perfect, but I had some mixture left over after brushing the 6 rolls. Baked for 15 minutes and they were quite brown (but not burned) - I think from the Worcestershire. I have a lot of the beef left over and I might just have to get another pkg of rolls because these little sandwiches are so great! Thanks for sharing!

  2. These little sammies were delicious! My family devoured them in minutes! No joke! I used only 2 T. spoons of Worcestershire sauce, and it was really good, but I really think it could take the full 3 T. just fine and will try it that way next time. I also added about a tablespoon of minced dry onions to the butter and Worcestershire sauce. I plan on making these again this weekend when my oldest son comes home from college. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe.

  3. We enjoyed the beef and pepper jack cheese combination with the sweetness of the Hawaiian roll, but felt the flavor of the Worchestershire overwhelmed the sandwich itself. I would definitely make these again, but plan to halve the amount of Worchestershire. Made for Spring 2010 Pick A Chef.

  4. Kids love it. Reduced the Worcestershire by half and was perfect for kids picky eating.

  5. I add thinly sliced onion to mine, yum!!!!!

I live in a small town south of the Fort Worth area, and work at a metroplex hospital. I love to do anything that has family involved, it really matters not what it may be as long as we are together. I have been married to my husband for the last 6 years and have 3 little girls 13,11, & 10. I also have a 16 year old step daughter and a 14 year old stepson that is great.
